Políticas de transparencia y rendición de cuentas en América Latina en perspectiva comparada
Desde UC3M España (Campus Madrid Getafe), se celebrará una mesa redonda aprovechando la reciente publicacion del Handbook of Public Policy in Latin America de Edward Elgar.
Los participantes (coautores de universidades de la región) se reunirán con uno de los editores de este Handbook para hablar de sus aportes vinculados a esta agenda de modernización en materia de transparencia, acceso a la información e integridad en esa parte del mundo.

Master's degree in Social Sciences (1999) and doctorate in Social Sciences (2004) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is an associate professor and researcher at the Department of Public Management at the School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (FGV EAESP), where he teaches in graduation courses in Public Administration and Business Administration, as well as in Master's and Doctorate courses in Public Administration and Government and, also, in the Professional Master in Management and Public Policies.

Associate Researcher of Giggap and General Director of Consultores en Gestión Pública y Social, S.C., as well as coordinator of strategic alliances of the Novagob México Foundation. He holds a doctorate in Government and Public Administration (Complutense University of Madrid), a master's degree in Public Management (University of Birmingham) and a degree in Public Administration (El Colegio de México). He specializes in strategic public management, deliberative processes and evaluation. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (Level 1) and teaches in undergraduate and graduate programs at the National Institute of Public Administration.

PhD from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2015) and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from UNAM. Policy researcher, international consultant, and professor in transparency and open government for INAP and the OAS. He served as a researcher at the Independent Review Mechanism and was a member of the International Experts Panel of the Open Government Partnership (2016-2023). He is the academic coordinator in various training programs, a member of editorial boards, senior researcher, and president at GIGAPP, and an associate professor at University Carlos III Madrid.
