He is the academic coordinator in various training programs, a member of editorial boards, senior researcher, and president at GIGAPP, and an associate professor at University Carlos III Madrid.

She has worked as a consultant for the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation (Mexico Office), McArthur Foundation (Mexico and Central America Office) and Ford Foundation (Mexico and Central America Office). She specializes in strategic planning, collective intelligence, program evaluation and administrative process design. He studied Public Administration at El Colegio de Mexico and completed the International Program for Development Evaluation Training at Carleton University. She is a member of Collaborative Research Solutions (CORESO), the Scientific Council of the NovaGob Spain Foundation and a design advisor for the MIT Global Innovation Initiative GOV/LAB.
